#YouAreIGC Zooms

Monthly, Tuesdays

View Dates and Request

A space for artists and venues to connect and consult in regular hour-long calls, taking place on the last Tuesday of each month.

#YouAreIGC Zooms develop a space where artists have direct access to local venues, creating a chance for consultation; and for venues to hear directly from the creatives they’re trying to make work for.

They were born from a trial IGC Mega-zoom in 2020 with over 80 artists and organisations from across the country.

Conversations

We hope to develop conversations over the coming months to include provocations, blue-sky thinking and specific discussions such as audience development and marketing etc. If you have an idea or suggestion for a discussion point, please let us know.

The aim of these regular calls is to host a space that hopefully shapes decision making and inspire smaller, more detailed conversations in the weeks that follow.

Raising Questions

We’ve realised that big calls like this can be scary places, so anonymous questions/points can be raised and the IGC team will do their best to articulate them, but hopefully, these calls are spaces for honesty and transparency, and to encourage that, we won’t take notes or recordings; other than pull together resource lists.

To keep them accessible they will remain as Zoom meetups.
