Join us at Normanton Library to celebrate the Festival of the Feast – your ticket includes a meal by Qurban and Sons, live performance by ‘Khan Brothers Qawwali Group’ and other local artists who will be sharing work along with a chance to have your hand painted with henna. There will be an art exhibition by a local artist Zainab Amari where you’ll be able to view and purchase her paintings and prints.
This joyful evening is a celebration inspired by the culture around Eid al-Fitr that marks the end of Ramadan and is a reflection of kindness, community and gratitude.
Laughter, generosity and warm greetings will fill the air as we come together to share delicious food and sweet treats with some local creatives on hand to entertain.
