Most famous for her role as regular presenter of BBC Gardener’s World, and host of Gardening with Carol Klein on Channel Five, Carol’s natural, practical approach has made her a popular and trusted figure amongst the British gardening public. During the Covid lockdown, Carol’s popularity skyrocketed as millions of new gardeners tried their hand at the hobby for the first time.
Earlier in 2024, Carol was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy but during the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, she was told she was cancer-free. She has continued to present and attend events with renewed gusto.
