January can be a miserable month after all the celebrations of the festive season. Colder, shorter and darker days can lead to a condition known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), with many suffering from it without knowing. Also with the increased pressure of a rise in living costs, there are many who struggle to remain positive and prefer to hibernate.
For the month of January we will be providing some cheer with a team of entertainers consisting of a choir, musicians, comedians and spoken word poets.
