Come and learn how to turn tying cord in knots can make some beautiful bo-ho to decorate your home and garden. Enjoy 10% off in our café all day when you show your booking.
Sat 22 Aug, 2pm - 4pm - Watercolours for Beginners
Come and learn a new skill! We will learn about layering, patience and painting different patterns. Learn how to create simple but effective designs to make your own birthday cards etc. Enjoy 10% off in our café all day when you show your booking.
Sat 29 Aug, 2pm - 4pm - Crochet & Cuppa
Be guided through making different styles of granny squares, and learn how you can transform them into clothes, accessories and home décor. Enjoy 10% off in our café all day when you show your booking
You will leave with your hook and yarn so you can carry on crocheting.
Workshop Leaders
Aisling Lammond
Aisling has lead craft workshops for young people for 20 years. Since completing her BA (hons) Degree in Applied Theatre and Special Education Needs and Masters in Writing for Performance, Aisling has worked professionally in many educational and creative roles, working with young people of all ages, including 1:1 support in secondary education working with teenagers with disabilities. She has a lot of experience in differentiating tasks for different abilities, whilst also making sure activities are fun and engaging.
Hannah Hirst
Hannah recently completed a master’s degree in Illustration, following a degree in Specialist Hair and Media Makeup, making her well versed within the realms of creativity, arts, and crafts. She has lots of experience with people of different ages, from working at the theatre and experience in primary schools, working with children in different age groups, she understands how to cater activities to suit different ages and abilities.
