On 18th October our creative team and members of our national ensemble of actors with and without learning disabilities will be visiting Derby Theatre.
We will share our Silent Approach through warm up exercises, movement and voice work and a talking circle, exploring our process and how we go about making general audience theatre with learning disabled and neurodivergent actors.
The event is part of the recruitment process for guest directors to join us for our ‘Directing Tomorrow’s Theatre’ project and alongside shortlisted directors we can offer up to 25 places at the event for interested theatre makers and practitioners (at no cost to you).
