CANVAS’ Early Years sessions are led by friendly local artists and introduce little ones to a wonderful mix of dance, music, visual arts, theatre, and more. Designed especially for children aged 0–5, these free sessions are packed with fun, hands-on activities that help build motor skills, confidence, and communication — all through joyful creative play.
Sessions run once a month on Mondays, from 10:00–11:30am. Every session is different, so families can enjoy a brand-new arts adventure each time. Please check individual dates to see which creative activity is coming up next.

Join us for a Going on a Bear Hunt-themed dance adventure! Children will be immersed in a bubble storm, move through grassy ribbons and tiptoe through caves. We’ll also craft our own binoculars as we search for the bear!
