Men’s Mental Health Night is an evening dedicated to exploring the connection between men’s mental health and music. Through guest speakers, live discussions and performances, the night will raise awareness, share stories and create a safe, inspiring space for the community.

Speaker 1 – Dave Powell (Time 2 Talk)
Dave is a social worker and men’s mental health group facilitator at Time 2 Talk. He will discuss his own current projects connected to mental health, his personal experience and how music can support with recovery and wellbeing.

Speaker 2 – Rebecca Fawn (Fawn Music)
Rebecca is an artist, music therapist and an educator. Sharing her personal story and offering live workshop demonstration of music therapy techniques.
Speaker 3 – Jessiah Johnson
Jessiah is a Midlands based rapper. Meet a local music industry professional who will chat to the audience about their personal journey, reflections on mental health and perform a part of their set.
