This workshop is for writers who want to find fresh ways to queer their personal stories or take on whitewashed histories. You’ll get hands-on techniques to shake up traditional storytelling by re-examining and reworking history through a queer lens. Whether you’re diving into personal identity, forgotten community narratives, or cleaning up sanitized versions of history, you’ll walk away with creative tools to decolonize those stories, making them feel more real, nuanced, and unique to your voice.
