England footballer, Marcus Rashford MBE, is supporting a £220 million government-led Holiday Activities and Food Programme, and as part of this, Derby is offering a week of creative activities during the Christmas holidays for young people in the area.
Come and join us after Christmas for free activities, including sports, creative arts, music, dance, drama and the chance to make your own radio show!
During the sessions, young people will also learn about food nutrition and taste exciting new flavours from professional chefs, who will be providing hot meals and sharing their top tips.
With loads of brilliant and friendly artists from Derby Theatre, Baby People and other professional arts organisations from across the city, we will deliver a fun programme of both creative and physical activities to keep you motivated.
Come along, make new friends and become part of a team to share ideas and make discoveries… let’s see what we can create together!
Safety
The club will be led in co-operation with the Government’s Covid safety guidelines and young people will work in the same way they do at school. If the club should be cancelled due to a lockdown after Christmas: free food will be available for collection each day from Bramblebrook and we will provide creative packs for your child to still take part throughout the week at home.
