FAQs
How can I pay for my membership?
You can become a Friend of Derby Theatre at any time. Memberships last for 12 months from the point of purchase and will be automatically renewed annually ensuring there is no break in your benefits.
You will receive notification approx. 1 month before your membership is due to be renewed and an attempt will be made to take payment 5 days before your membership expiry date.
If you choose to become a Best Friend, you have the option to pay for your membership monthly and payments will be taken automatically each month 5 days before the monthly expiry date.
If your card details are not up to date, then you will receive notification to amend these before your payment is due to be processed.

If you would like to gift a Friends membership to a loved one, simply fill out our online Gift Voucher form.
