The Lewis Sewell Memorial Trust, in partnership with producer Mark Robert Petty, is bringing the magic of the West End to Derbyshire for one unforgettable evening at Derby Theatre.
This spectacular concert will feature an all-star West End cast performing alongside talented pupils from Embark Federation and Kristian Thomas Company. Together they will perform some of the most beloved songs from musical theatre, including numbers from The Greatest Showman, Moulin Rouge, Jersey Boys, Love Never Dies, The Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, Les Misérables, Back to the Future, Matilda, Miss Saigon, Rent, Grease, Next to Normal, Dear Evan Hansen, Mamma Mia!, The Sound of Music, Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story and many more.
The evening will raise vital funds for the Lewis Sewell Memorial Trust — a small grant-making charity created to honour the final wishes of an extraordinary young man, Lewis James Sewell. Lewis dreamed of creating a lasting legacy that would support aspiring young actors and performers as they begin their journey into the performing arts industry.
All proceeds from A Musical Theatre Spectacular will go directly to the Trust (www.thelsmt.org), helping provide essential opportunities, training and financial support for young people pursuing careers in the performing arts.
