There are many ways to explore what’s on offer and have a say in shaping what comes next! Thanks to funding from the Big Lottery’s Reaching Communities program, we’re empowering Derby’s community to spotlight the arts and cultural events, talks, and workshops that matter most to them. Most importantly, we’re bringing people together to connect over shared interests and life experiences.
Community Hubs
We currently support two vibrant community hubs, located in the heart of Normanton and Stockbrook, where monthly events take place right on your doorstep, making them easy to access and enjoy.
These events are entirely community-led, with steering groups guiding their direction to ensure they reflect local interests and needs. With support from Derby Theatre, we deliver high-quality arts and cultural experiences that truly resonate with the community.
